Her pop-ups are sensory journeys — where Khasi mandarin meets Lakadong turmeric, where Nagaland’s spice or Arunachal’s florals flow into contemporary cocktails that tell stories of place and memory.
From Kasol’s rivers to Goa’s shores and Kerala’s backwaters, Rajni’s creations celebrate India’s landscapes in every sip and champion a bold, soulful wave of modern Indian mixology.
Curated Evenings by Six Strings & A Frying Pan
A Mint signature experience by Chef Arun Chanda and Rishi Chanda, his musician brother, uniting food, cocktails and live music into one high-energy, soulful evening.
Each edition is a curated performance — chef-led menus and crafted drinks harmonising with music that mirrors the energy of the concept.
