Arun Chanda
Arun Chanda is a Hotel Management graduate from IHMCT&AN Bhubaneswar, 1993 batch. With more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, he has a wealth of top-notch hands-on experience in Culinary & F&B operations and management. Right from the first year of his career, when he was adjudged the MOST PROMISING & UPCOMING CHEF OF THE YEAR in 1993 at Hotel Cidade De Goa, a 5 star beach resort in Dona Paula, Goa, he has received many accolades in his two decade long journey in this industry. Numerous awards as a Chef, success as General Manager with leading brands and precious commendations from erstwhile employers like Centaur, Radisson, Park Royal, Oberoi Group, Ambassador’s and Graviss Hospitality in cities like Goa, Mumbai, Kolkata & Delhi/NCR. Arun has always been an initiator of ideas and endeavor. And thus, after 20 fruitful years from his first day in Hospitality, in mid 2009, he founded his own Hospitality Consulting firm - Mint Hotels & Restaurants Consultancy Pvt Ltd, based out of New Delhi, India. Arun specialises in conceptualisation of F&B brands, menu development, food styling, kitchen & bar designs and brand development & operational processes. Mint has a team of qualified chefs & bar experts. He has created brands like Cafe© OZ & Bar in Delhi, Chandigarh, Amritsar & Bangalore, Greek Food & Beyond, DB Mall Bhopal, Bagel Cafe™ (Concept from Holland)-4 outlets in Delhi, Mind Cafe (concept from Singapore) 2 outlets in Gurgaon, Shack Defence Colony and Sohna Road for the Moets Group, Stone Italian Lounge, Moets Group, Lure Switch, Delhi, Ice Lounge, Delhi, Mute Health Bar, multiple outlets in Delhi, Fruto Fresh- 3 health cafe's in Delhi & Gurgaon for the Shakti Bhog group to name some. He is currently working on developing a new exciting Asian Restaurant & Bar concept for multiple cities, a stylized Steak house & Biker Bar in New Delhi, Rapidbites- a QSR model with 50 outlets in NCR & a Central Bakery Project in Jalandhar.
Amit Gulati
Amit Gulati is a key partner of Mint HRC and has been the mastermind behind many successful projects. Amit is the director of Incubis Consultants. Incubis Consultants is a leading architecture, space design and branding firm with a wide range of innovative projects to their credit, which have met with commercial success as well as critical acclaim. Incubis has successfully completed over 30 hotel/ serviced apartment / guest house development projects, across categories and geographically distributed across India. The list includes Emaar MGF Hotels-ITC Fortune Park Street, Metropolitan Jaipur, DLF Hilton Garden Inn, Saket, Indian Hotels Company- Ginger “smartâ Hotels-30 projects, Radisson Blu Resort, North Goa, Country Inn & Suites, Gurgaon (complete) and Calcutta (ongoing), Master Planning, Renovation and Redevelopment of the Claridges New Delhi, Aurangzeb Road, Unison-Grand Resort at Benaulim, Goa to name some. Satyajit Mukherjee (Satya)
Satya comes from a strong media background having worked as a TV channel producer with Channel V and Miditech. He is a film-maker by profession and, over the past two decades has many ad films, documentaries, corporate films and AVs to his name. He is also a reknowned and leading Voice Artiste, being the voice of international TV channels like Discovery, NGC, The History Channel, CNN-IBN, IBN7, Aaj Tak etc. Having worked a great deal in the advertising space, he has a great eye for detail and helps in concept building in the F&B space. Music and eating good food is his passion and he loves to travel and try cuisines from different corners of the country. He helps in concept feasibility study and his great ideas gives Mint that extra edge in building great concepts. He is a keen student of trend-shifts, and plays a key role in formulating the right brand strategy for different concepts. Satya is also instrumental in creating brand and menu literature.
Kunal Sarkar
With more than 10 years of professional experience, Kunal comes with a rich hospitality background. He is a Graduate in Hotel Management from IHM Guwahati. Worked in properties like Cidade de Goa, Mantra - Delhi and then moved towards the Business Administration side. He has also taken up periodic training assignments for large hotel chains & educational institutions. Currently, he is leading the Business Development effort for Mint in Western India.
Rajeev Chauhan
Having more than a decade of experience in restaurant & hotel accounting, supply chain management & F&B Controls, Rajeev is a thorough professional in setting up systems & process for any organization working in the F&B space from small QSRs to large format restaurants & banqueting. He is heading Back Office Management for all Mint Consulting Projects.
Vishal Singh
Vishal has an experience of more than 7 years in brand development & communication. He has worked with brands such as Aqua (The Park), Agni (The Park) and created SideWok, Dana Choga's Kitchen, Nasha, Cafe Oz & Bar and Utopia. He brings in a very vital sense of 'calm' to the team. From naming conventions, brand IDs and graphics, to web apps, websites and social media - he and his team of some of the best designers ensure that your brand looks and speaks the same language that its meant to. Vishal also has an expertise in food photography.
Mohammad Pasha
A pass-out (2002) from the School of Planning and Architecture, Pasha has developed a remarkable understanding for planning efficient kitchens and dining spaces. Pasha has been working for last 13 years and has been working hands on in various commercial & retail projects. Pasha works under the supervision and guidance of Incubis Consultants for bigger projects. Pasha has designed spaces for Pizza Hut, KFC, Papa Johns, Cafe Oz & Bar and Khaaja Chowk to name just a few. He is also working on new restaurant projects with Mint.
Manish Sansi
Hotel Management Graduate with more than 18 years of rich hands-on franchise & business expansion experience, Manish brings with him the expertise of business re- engineering in the field of country entry strategy. Manish has led a team of more than 300 highly trained professionals. During this time he has worked with reputed companies like Domino’s Pizza, ITC Ltd, HDFC and DLF. Manish helps in sourcing restaurant locations, feasibility studies, due diligence & also plays a key role in Franchise Development Programs. Manish is looking after brands like Costa Coffee, Baskin Robbins, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Yogurberry, Dunkin’ Donuts, Sagar Ratna, Coffee World, KFC, Dominos, Nirulas to name some. We also have an exclusive, pan India business development tie up with Timex.
