EVENTS & POP-UPS

HOSPITALITY AS A PERFORMANCE

Where cocktails, cuisine, and culture come together — one story, one stage, one unforgettable night. Hospitality doesn’t end at the table — it travels, evolves, and performs. Mint’s curated pop-ups and experiential evenings blur the line between service and storytelling, creating moments where flavour meets sound, and people meet emotion.

The Spirited Woman | By Rajni Gill
Rajni Gill, Mixologist & CEO of Mint Hospitality, curates immersive bar experiences inspired by her travels across India’s Northeast, hills, heartlands, and coastlines. Each takeover is a sensory journey — where Khasi mandarin meets Lakadong turmeric, where the spice of Nagaland or the floral notes of Arunachal flow seamlessly into the glass. From the banks of the Parvati River in Kasol to the shores of Anjuna Beach in Goa and the backwaters of Kerala, her creations capture India’s landscape in every sip.
