Overview
Mint Hospitality Consultancy worked with Jubilant Consumer (part of Jubilant FoodWorks) to expand its product development scope and build new F&B brands.
Challenge
- Jubilant’s consumer-facing work initially revolved around cut vegetables and limited prep products.
- Needed innovation pipelines for sauces, gravies, and multi-cuisine bases for QSRs and restaurants.
- Wanted to scale its Go Gourmet brand in Delhi NCR beyond pilot stage.
