This is a very challenging job and it can only be done successfully when the promoters are transparent & completely understand the problem areas when explained and are ready to do the necessary changes and follow certain instructions. There is also additional CAPEX requirement for such projects. We analyse and diagnose the pain points and problem areas and then present our clients with a complete plan along with an indicative budget and time frame. We are very selective about taking such projects on board.
